Live Chat is available M-F from 9 am to 5 pm PST
Telephone Support is available M-F from 9 am to 5 pm PST
During off hours you may email us, open a ticket or Twitter page us in an emergency and we'll respond within 4 hours maximum

Fees:
Regular support hourly rate is $50
After hours support rate is $75 * After 11 pm and before 9 am PST All days
Large scale projects are charged on a flat rate basis
